A: Standard models ship in 15–30 days; customized units require 30–45 days.
Q: Do you provide after-sales service overseas?
A: Yes, our Chinese engineer will fly to do installation and training servise free of charge. But will need the customer to pay the round flight cost and local meal/hotel expense.
Q: Can I request a sheeting or slitting function.
A: Absolutely! yes. The machine can cut label roll into sheets or into small slitting roll.
