Positive UV - CTP Thermal plate Developer Offset Printing Chemistry
Each CTP plate supplier provides standardized development data based on rigorous testing. While slight fluctuations in plate energy may occur during production, these are typically minor and easily addressed through fine-tuning of the developing machine. In normal circumstances, we begin by inputting the supplier's standard data into the developing machine's control system. Then, we initiate the machine with a few waste plates to stabilize its temperature, adjusting it according to the general development conditions until the desired results are achieved.
Moreover, strict attention is paid to the developer's requirements throughout the development process.
Developing CTP plates represents the most critical aspect of CTP plate production, and much of our focus centers on this stage. Many plate suppliers provide developers tailored to their plates, as the precision of CTP technology in dot reproduction demands strict adherence to chemical composition and development temperature specifications. Typically, we monitor the temperature of both the developer and the development tank before commencing development. The temperature variance among the four corners must not exceed 0.3°C, ensuring consistent and reliable results.
