Features

1. Slotting effect: no hairy edge, no dust, low noise;
2. Tool durability: equipped with special grinder, easy and fast operation;
3. Environmental protection and energy saving: the total power consumption of the main machine is 2.2 kw, and the whole consumption under slotting can be recovered. (Recycling scrap income can reduce electricity charges and props loss);
4. The slotting angle can be adjusted: the machine has an angle adjusting device, which can adjust itself on the machine (80-140 degrees) without changing the knife at different angles.
5. Thickness need not be adjusted: material slotting with different thicknesses need not be adjusted by machine, so it is convenient and fast to use.
6. High grooving accuracy: A new type of conveying mechanism is used to press the material needed to groove flat on the plane of large drum (diameter 60 cm) through belt, so as to ensure that the grooving position is accurate and without deviation.
